CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
In terms of corrective maintenance tasks, Seymawind relies on a team of operators with extensive experience in carrying out small as well as main components exchange:
- Instrumentation breakdown: checking of vibration sensors, thermostats, speed encoders, ultrasonic anemometers, vanes, etc.
- Switchgears: changing of contactors, thermal relays, magnetos.
- Mechanical components: oil seals, brake pads, coupling, misalignment, etc.
- Electronic control system breakdown: UPS card, communication.
We rely on a small group of welders qualified in the 6GR welding method, using the following welding methods:
- Coated electrode.
- TIG.
- Semi-automatic with wire and backing.
